Customer Relations

The Customer Relations Division interacts with Library’s customers to provide them with information regarding the products and services. The division is responsible for all the marketing and promotion activities of the Library including i-Counter, new students orientation and library briefing, handling customers inquiries cum customer complaints, library visits, photocopy and fax services. The division also organized exhibitions and library publications periodically such as guide book and bulletins to promote the use of the resources and services of the Library.
