SMARTPAY – EASY & CONVENIENT PAYMENT AT THE LIBRARY

SmartPay is an automatic payment facility available at the Library for the following services and payments:

  1. FINES

  2. PUBLIC MEMBERSHIP
  3. MICROFILM & SCANNING
  4. BOOK REPLACEMENT
  5. ENDOWMENT FUND
  6. DAILY VISITOR FEES
  7. ROOM RENTAL

ePAYMENT

Users can make online payments via FPX or Credit/Debit Card (VISA & MasterCard).

For online transactions, please email the payment receipt to the respective library for verification and record purposes:

IMPORTANT : Please indicate the purpose of payment in the email or transaction reference, e.g. “FINES”, “BOOK REPLACEMENT”, or “ROOM RENTAL”, to facilitate payment tracking by Library staff.
IMPORTANT NOTICE (FINES PAYMENT) :
  • State “FINES” in your transaction reference.
  • Email the proof of payment immediately.
  • Failure to do so means your library record cannot be updated, and overdue fines will keep running.

QR PAY

Make payment easily using QR Pay.

Please proceed to the i-Counter (PHS) / Customer Service Counter (PHT) / Circulation Counter(PMM / PKTAAB), and:

  1. Open your mobile banking application.
  2. Scan the QR Code provided by the officer on duty.
  3. Complete your payment securely.

Prefer to pay by card?

Simply bring your Credit/Debit Card to the i-Counter (PHS) / Customer Service Counter (PHT) / Circulation Counter(PMM / PKTAAB), and make your payment.
