GROUND FLOOR
Self-check machines allow users to easily borrow, return, and renew items at conveniently placed self-service stations.
A kiosk for users to borrow and return books on their own without going to the counter. This self-check kiosk nemed "LibrEx Point".
The reference counter services cover reference enquiries, information searching, user education programmes and research support services, Document Delivery Service (Article) and Article Request via Pay-Per-View (PPV).
This e-Thesis Terminal provided to help library users to access e-thesis in the library building and to save their time to refer USM thesis.
The circulation counter services cover library membership application, borrowing and returning library items, loan renewal and book reservation.
